There’ll be a private 1:1 therapy session with Megan too - a chance to share what’s been troubling you, make sense of what’s been sitting with you and hopefully leave some of it behind.
This isn’t a week of workshops, self-improvement or trying to become a better version of yourself. It’s a chance to step away from your usual roles for a while, reconnect with yourself and other women, and remember that life is allowed to be fun.
