THE SLEEPOVER
A 7-day play-based reset for women who are tired of holding everything together.
HOSSEGOR ○ 16 - 23 APRIL 2027 ○ 7 DAYS ○ 10 WOMEN
REMEMBER WHEN
before you had a calendar full of commitments, a career to think about, people to look after and a never-ending list of things to do, there was a version of you who knew how to have uninhibited fun without thinking about whether it was productive or how you look.
maybe you spent hours making up games with your friends. stayed up too late talking. dreaming of what was to come in the future. danced around your bedroom. watched movies while stuffing your face with popcorn. wrote in your diaries. laughed until your stomach hurt.
you probably didn't think much about whether you were doing life “right” or looked silly.
YOU WERE JUST COMPLETELY PRESENT IN THE MOMENT
The Sleepover is your invitation to return to that state.
Offline.
Out of office.
Not looking after anyone else’s needs.
Not performing. Not masking.
Completely, unapologetically you.

A week of being
looked after
A week to put adulthood on pause — playing, exploring, getting silly, moving your body, being creative and remembering that you’re allowed to do things just because they’re fun.
Ocean & heated pool swimming
Morning swims in the ocean followed by a breakfast buffet, then slow afternoons in the heated pool. Plenty of time to reset your nervous system and take good care of your body.
Picnics
A slow afternoon in the spring sunshine with good food, cold drinks and nowhere else to be. Stretch out on a blanket, eat plenty, talk about absolutely everything and nothing, and stay as long as you feel like it.
Surf Lessons
A relaxed, beginner-friendly surf session with our lovely local instructor. No experience needed — just get in the water, give it a go and have some fun with it.
Market mornings
A slow wander around the local market, picking up fresh bread, fruit, and veggies (and whatever else looks good) before heading back for brunch.
Intuitive sunset dancing by the ocean
As the sun begins to set, we’ll slow down with the legendary Dara Dancing, move out of our heads and back into our bodies with intuitive dance - no choreography, no right or wrong way to move, and absolutely no need to know how to dance.
With music in your headphones and the ocean around you, you’ll be invited to let your body take the lead. To move however feels good, shake things out, release a little control and simply see where the music takes you.
A space to let go, feel, play and express yourself -before watching the sun go down together.
An afternoon of creativity
Paint, music, fresh juice and the freedom to create something just for the sake of making it. A chance to get out of your head, try something new, get messy, laugh at what you’ve made and rediscover how good it feels to do something without being perfect.
A hike in the mountains
A beautiful hike day in the nearby Pyrenees — fresh mountain air, sweeping views, a gentle hike and plenty of time to stop, breathe it all in and feel very far away from everyday life.
A 1:1 dedicated therapy session by the lake with Megan
A private session to share whatever’s been troubling you, make sense of what’s been getting in the way, and leave some of it behind. A moment of time to focus on yourself, without having to think of anyone else.
Ladies' nights
Getting ready together, music on, putting on your favourite outfit and heading out for dinner — and home-cinema nights with blankets, drinks, popcorn and a fire outside, talking late into the evening.

Why play?
At some point, we learn that certain things are embarrassing. Too silly, too childish, too much. We become aware of how we’re coming across and start filtering ourselves accordingly — especially in a world where we’re constantly seeing other people and being seen ourselves.
Social media has only intensified this. We compare, curate and self-monitor, while at the same time feeling pressure to be productive, successful and generally have our lives together. Even fun can start to feel like something we need to be good at.
Play gives us a chance to step out of that. It brings us back into the experience of actually doing something, rather than watching ourselves do it. It gives us permission to be curious, spontaneous and a little less self-conscious.
That’s something we’ll make space for throughout The Sleepover. Dancing, swimming, games, getting outside, trying things we’re not very good at, staying up late and doing things simply because they feel good.
Because play isn’t something we grow out of, but something we can lose touch with as we’re taught to as adults — and something we can return to.
